The place is spread over two floors in the Jacob Samuel boutique hotel, at the intersection of Dizengoff-Arlozorov streets.
Cafe Popular offers two different entertainment experiences; The ground floor is a bistro with a local bistro menu, built by the chef and owner Avi Biton. The underground floor is a bar with a unique alcohol menu and a dining menu.
The stylized Café Popular Bar has been designed as a modernized take on a graceful European gentlemen's club. Embellished with a high, glass-encased chandelier dropping down from the ground level, it features a well-stocked wine case, a wealth of both classic and imaginative alcoholic beverages.

The restaurant "Café Popular" and Bar are open daily for both locals and hotel guests.
"Café Popular" is open from Sunday untill Thursday 18:00-24:00 and Friday - Suturday 11:30-15:30
Bar is open every day from 19:00 until the last person on the bar.
Reservations must be made in advance for the restaurant / bar.
